Where does CGR Publishing ship from?

Most of our books, videos, and albums ship out of our Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania-warehouse. Some products, such as t-shirts, hoodies, and certain glassware, ship directly from our vendors across the United States. 

How long will my order take to arrive?

We typically pack and ship most orders within 2-3 business days. Some items, such as coffee mugs and glassware, can take up to a week to print and ship. Clothing items usually ship within 3 days. Expect delivery slowdowns of clothing, such as T-shirts and hoodies, in the weeks leading up to Christmas. Please order in advance.

Once shipped, most items take a few days to arrive, depending on your location. Customers in Alaska and Hawaii can expect shipments to take several days longer.

Do you ship internationally?

We do not ship internationally from our shop.cgrpublishing.com website. However, we do ship internationally from our eBay store using eBay's international shipping program. Additionally, we do ship internationally when you order products on Amazon.com. For international orders outside of the United States of products such as books and bundles, please visit our CGR Empire eBay store at CGR Publishing | eBay Stores

How do I track my package?

We will email you a tracking # after your ordered item posts, usually within 2-3 days. Some items, such as T-shirts and glassware, may take a few days longer because those items are printed on demand, and shipping varies depending on the season. If you have a shipping question, you can contact us.

How do I get a t-shirt in a children's size or women's cut on your website?

At this time, we don't list children's or women's specific sizes on our websites, and we only list 10 colors. However, in most cases, we can order you a children's or women's size - or, you can order it directly from Amazon who lists ALL of the sizes and colors. If you don't see a children's size available anywhere, and the design (of interest) does not include adult subject matter like booze, sexual themes, or weapons, we can usually get one made. Please contact us.

Additionally, if you like a design, but can't see what other options are available and can't find it on Amazon, we're happy to send you a direct Amazon link - contact us.

Hey! I Iike that Bird,fan T-shirt design or something from ComicBook.beer, can I get it on a coffee mug or pint glass to send as a gift?
